Founded in Kent, we set out with one conviction: that care is only care when it's genuinely human. That conviction hasn't changed. Everything we do — staffing, training, supported living, domiciliary care — is built around people first, paperwork second.

Where we come from
Born in Dartford,
rooted in community.
The Affectionate Care Support Ltd. grew from a simple frustration: too many care services were clinical in the cold sense — efficient but impersonal. We wanted to prove that high standards and genuine warmth aren't in conflict. They reinforce each other.
Today we operate from offices in Dartford and Rochester, serving families and facilities across Kent. Our team is small by design — every member is personally selected, trained to our standard, and aligned with our values.
